Lance Bell

Lance's love and admiration of horses began at a very young age growing up on his grandparents ranch in the Cowboy Capital of Oakdale CA. Upon retiring  from a long career as a Police Officer, he moved to Tennessee.

Living in Tennessee has been life changing for Lance who is compassionate about the Stewardship and rescue of horses. He works closely with the HHF Neglect team and also handles the majority of equine Transportation. He has adopted 2 rescues ; both gaited trail horses that he enjoys riding on his summer county farm .
